Farewell party

Last night we had a small farewell party. (how small is only 4!)
We love seafood so went to Okita, nearby our company.
This restaurant has happy hour "after 8, sashimi is half price!"

Before 8 we ordered seafood salad.

 
How colorful salad! Makes Japanese excited!
Front is bamboo shoot tempura, left is fried chicken with ponzu.






This is fried white meat fish wrapped with green perilla.
Plum paste is sandwiched, no sauce, just lemon and salt. Great combination!
Nicely displayed sashimi assort!
 
Of course we ordered sake.

 

Amazing technique! Surface tension!
This is very dry and clear taste, named dokara (means super dry)
 
We had really good time while working and chatting tonight, let's catch up soon!
